Poor drainage is one of the most damaging and overlooked issues in residential landscapes. Standing water kills turf, erodes soil, damages foundations, and creates breeding grounds for mosquitoes. Sacramento's winter storms can dump several inches of rain in a single event — if your property isn't designed to shed that water efficiently, you'll pay for it in repairs.

We design and install drainage systems that handle your property's specific water flow patterns. French drains intercept subsurface water and redirect it away from structures. Catch basins collect surface runoff at low points. Downspout extensions carry roof water away from foundations. And for properties with persistent water issues, we install sump pump systems that actively pump water out of low-lying areas.

Every drainage project starts with a site evaluation during wet weather so we can see exactly where water flows, pools, and infiltrates. We then design a system that works with the natural grade — not against it — and install it with proper pipe slopes, outlet placement, and erosion protection.
